There are many of you who always find an excuse when it comes to going to gym. When you get home from work, you either have to cook dinner, help the kiddies with their homework, clean house, or maybe just relax cause you are pooped out from a hectic day at work. So where is there time or energy for gym?

Even with all these obstacles that stand in your way from going to gym or working out…. Where there’s a will there’s a way…. But if your will is too weak (which we all do sometimes) and the only thing that is keeping you from being fit is time, then you can workout at home on the weekend – Every Saturday & Sunday! And for just an hour!

Saturday weekend workout

30 Jumping Jacks;

10 Push-Ups;

30 Crunches;

10 Burpees;

30 Second Side Plank(each side).

[20 minutes of cardio]

 

30 Jumping Jacks;

10 Push-Ups;

30 Crunches;

10 Burpees;

30 Second Side Plank (each side).

[10 minutes of stretching]

Sunday weekend workout

30 High Knees;

10 Squats;

30 Star Jumps;

10 Lunges (per leg);

30 Reverse Crunches.

[20 minutes of cardio]

 

30 Jumping Jacks;

10 Push-Ups;

30 Crunches;

10 Burpees;

30 Second Side Plank (each side).

[10 minutes of stretching]

This is your weekend workout for a quick tone up and burst of cardio. Do this every weekend, I promise you will love it and make the time!
