Here are a few tips to help you take a right posture during your life…

#1 Unwind your back – Today many people spend their time working in front of a computer, it is important to straighten your back to improve flexibility. Merge your hands behind your head and pull your shoulders back to stretch your muscles. And to maintain the health of your lower back, get up every half an hour to stretch and walk for a few minutes.
