High Fiber Oatmeal

Ingredients - 2 Portions:

  • - 1 3/4 cups Water
  • - 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • - 1 cup Oatmeal
  • - 1 tablespoon Maltodextrin
  • - 1 tablespoon Flax meal
  • - 1 tablespoon Soy protein powder

Preparation:

Preparation step 1

Step 1:

Bring water and salt to a boil. Add oatmeal while stirring then add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for at least 5 mins, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.

Preparation step 2

Step 2:

Serve with brown sugar, Splenda, or your choice of toppings.
