Combining a cardio burn workout with Weight exercises is show to be the most effective method  to successful weight loss. Step exercises get the body into a high metabolic state meaning it burns fat easily. Weight exercises get the muscles stronger and create muscle tone.

In this 15 minute workout our Fitness26 trainer takes you through a serious of easy to follow Step plus Weight Exercises. this type of training is recommended to be do at least 3 times a week.

Dumbbells (a weight suited to your own capabilities)
