Basic Step Training
Basic Step Training is for anyone new to Step Class. This is the ideal ‘beginners’ introduction to steps and even those of you that are just getting back into exercise and want to take it slow.
Our fitness26 trainer takes you through the relevant motions whilst still effectively targeting those thighs, calves and bum muscles so you can tone up whilst having some fun! Step classes are often intimidating because sometimes we feel we can’t keep up or we look silly. Basic Step Training will have you confident enough to join any step class. It’s high calorie burn makes it ideal for those who want to shed some excess weight.
